Unisom and b6?

Ok I’m so tired of being sick and nothing working so far should I ask my doctor about this or can I just go to the store and get it??? And what do you take if you do????

This was recommended to me by my doctor and was included in the paperwork they gave me at my first apt. She recommended 25-50mg of vitamin B6 3x a day and 25mg of Unisom at bedtime, regular tablet not gel. It took a good 3 days to really kick in.
 I'd still call to check in with your doctor, just in case there is some reason they are against it.

Regular unisom tablets (1/2 tablet at night) and 25 mg of b6 three times a day. Make sure it’s regular Unisom and not the gel caps. You call always call your nurse and ask, that way you don’t have to wait for an appointment.
