My son is 2 and has not said a single word
He hasnt said "mom" dad" nothing:( is this normal? He had autism red flags atleast thats what the pediatrician had told me but he said it was way to early he was just 1 at the time . Im worried he cant say mama i try teaching him but hes just doesnt pay attention to me he doesn't even look me in the eyes
