Please help with any answer!

I recently noticed this red spot in my babys face. Its kind of bloody not flat (dont know how to explain it,english not my first language.) I am.not sure but kinda was smaller 1-2 weeks ago. Do you know what this could be? Is it harmful? Shoud i see a doctor? He is almost 12months old.
