Acne treatment while pregnant?

I’m currently 24 weeks no complications with my pregnancy. I’m breaking out so much it’s horrible is there any natural remedies to help clear my skin.
I saw this acne treatment works well but says to ask dr if pregnant! Is it bad to use? Will be asking dr on next appointment but want peoples options

I wouldnt use it. No studies done on pregnant women and differin use and other retinoids have been found to cause birth defects 🤷🏼‍♀️

Retinoids aren’t safe for pregnancy use so I wouldn’t do it. I like using frankincense oil. Belli also has a spot treatment that’s safe to use when pregnant.
