Headaches nonstop

Hi ladies this is my second pregnancy, my son is five almost six so it’s been a while, I’m six weeks along and this last week I’ve had nonstop morning sickness and my head is banging nonstop. Anyone else feeling these symptoms like I am? I know every pregnancy is different.
