Hi everyone!

My baby is almost 4 weeks old and I am breastfeeding her, I find in the night she strains and sounds restless like she is struggling to have a poo. I’ve noticed her tummy seems a little on the bloated side too I suspect it is trapped gas but I am worried because I really struggle with getting her to burp after every feed which can take forever and I’ve tried all burping positions but she just won’t burp and today she hasn’t trumped much either.

Anybody experienced this with their little ones? I’m booking a gp appointment to be on safe side tomorrow morning it’s so upsetting seeing her frustration and not being able to help her.
