So at my one job they are not very transparent on certain things

Like...

It took me a dang month to find out who my manager even WAS

And then I get a first written warning for something when that was NEVER clearly communicated the first time. The only way I found out that happened was today when I was told I was being issued a second warning so from there I found out there was even a first one to begin with.

I just feel at a loss at what to do. I truly love my job and even thinking about possibly resigning breaks my heart. I want to try and resolve things and improve the work situation but I fear I may not have enough time to improve things before I get the boot. But....I can’t continue to work for a company when they are not being fully transparent and honest about EVERYTHING that could possibly affect my employment.

***By the way I will be emailing my manager back tonight and try to sort things out***

However if things don’t go well do I...

Take it to HR

Or just resign

Something else (comment please)
