Husband issues

My husband and and I have been trying for almost three years with one miscarriage. Apparently we are both good, it is just unexplained infertility. The past few months my husband has gotten to where “he cannot finish” when we baby dance. He says he just keeps thinking about how much pressure he is under to perform. I do track opk and CM and I keep him in the loop when I am ovulating. I understand it’s a lot of pressure but how are we suppose to conceive if this continues.

Anyone else having this issue?
