Implantation Bleeding or Period Approaching?

My period is due tomorrow so I did not miss it yet, but I’ve been spotting on and off since Friday I believe and it’s either very pale pink or a faint brown. There’s no scent, and it’s only when I wipe. I had a bit of cramping and tingly boobs and nausea without vomiting but I’m not sure if I’m just being paranoid!

My fiancé and I have unprotected sex, and we had sex during my ovulation period multiple times. I’m not sure when I should test or what other signs to look out for. I definitely feel different and I normally get stronger pms symptoms the week before and I really didn’t get any!

Ladies please help! Do you think this is implantation bleeding and I may be pregnant?
