Future with SO

So Im a sophomore in college and my boyfriend is is a senior. So he’s graduating soon and I may be able to graduate a year early but it all depends on how things look. Also he doesn’t know what job he will have or where he will live or basically what life looks like for him after college. We’re going to talk about it soon about like our future and our thoughts. But I don’t want us to end but my fear is that he relocates to another state and I have to stay here for school. There are other options of us staying together in person but it all depends on things and I know there really isn’t anything we can do right now but I just don’t like this situation. Does anyone have any advice?
