My boyfriend just started dating. It’s been about three months and we felt in love very fast . He recently got evicted for not paying rent at his place. I allowed him to move in with me and he basically mover his place into my living room until he can find a storage. He also lost his job so everything is all of a sudden on me now. We argued because he lied to me yesterday and I attempted to end things. He said that I am willing to give up on us too fast and I don’t love him. I am honestly tired of being the man in the relationship. I get a bonus from work and he wants me to buy him tools so he can go back to work  (he do construction and he is good WHEN HE TAKE HIS ASS TO WORK). Should I be heartless and put him on the streets or should I
be supportive?

No way, this is a huge red flag for me. He doesn’t have to go into his preferred job straight away, for now he needs anything. I would not be spending my hard earned bonus on his tools. Honestly I’d be ending this, this sort of thing happens years into a relationship and yeah you support them but only 3 months I just wouldn’t. Is there no one else that can help him out and if not you have to wonder why

His statement of you giving up on your relationship together too soon or that you don’t love him is manipulation.  Can you live the rest of your life like it is with him right now?  If the answer is no, then this relationship is probably not meant to last.  I have been married for over 20 years and definitely understand compromise and that love means you will be patient and kind when your partner goes through ups and downs in life, but when they jump to manipulation that early in a relationship, it’s not good.  You just saw a snapshot of what will be in your future.  I think you should move on.

Only dating for 3 months is not enough time to deal with with bullshit 🤦‍♀️ idk what kind of area you live in but where I am it’s extremely easy to find a job even with then pandemic. Especially with his background in construction there’s so many job options.

First of all, the fact that you allowed him to move in after he wasn’t paying his rent to begin with, even before losing his job, is a huge red flag. & secondly, you should not feel bad for not wanting to cover everything for him. There’s no guarantee he won’t do this to you again or even use those tools to go get a job. My fiancé got a job as an apprentice to be an electrician & he had no tools. He borrowed tools & waited until he got his first paycheck to go & buy tools. Now he’s a journeyman making twice as much as he was when he started. Your boyfriend can do the same. 
I know it’s hard because you love & care for him but he can’t even take care of you right now & doesn’t seem motivated to want to help you out with rent or any bills you have. You have bills of your own. He needs to be a man, grow a pair & go find a job. Once he can prove he can stay on top of things & pay his rent, then maybe you guys can have a different conversation. Don’t let him make you feel bad because he didn’t take care of his shit.

I provide food and shelter and he still ask for more. He claim he can go to work and pay it back in two weeks time. I am not giving him 2k. I’ve help way more than I ever should have . I wanted to help him get off his feet but I don’t think he would even go to work if he had the tool. I want him to move his things from my living room so I can enjoy the holidays but he hasn’t. He need a storage and I don’t want to be the one to purchase it but if not this shit will remain here. He say I made him fill like less than a man and o should be by his side because we are together . He claim he has no one and maybe he don’t but I don’t want to do another thing for him . I feel like letting him stay with me and feeding him is more than generous. I’d he would appreciate that and try to find a job to help or at least pick himself up out this hole it wouldn’t be as bad but it’s all take take take from me .

He is also 37 and I’m 23. He claim im heartless and never loved him . He say I’m childish . I agreed to help him since he got put out and I know I shouldn’t have but I did . Everything I said I didn’t want (like his whole house sitting in my two bedroom apartment) still happened . He need a storage bad but is completely dependent on me too find and pay for one . I’m starting to hate him but I want to think smart NOW. I don’t want him to damage my things but I also don’t want to call the cops, getting his m more in trouble. I just want him to leave at this point or find some work so he can support himself. He claim he is sick and depressed but that excuse is so old to me. He never leave the house AND ON TOP OF IT ALL  he said I’ve been acting different so he think I’m cheating.
