Best modular travel system?

Trying to decide between these more budget friendly travel systems

I have this one same color I didn’t use it yet because I’m not due until January. But assembling it was very easy and I love how light it is. This is by far my favorite stroller

Today evenflo’s website is offering 20% off all purchases. They also give you 10% off if you sign up for their email club, I cannot remember if you can combine the discounts. Price ranges from $280 to $400.  (Extra base is $90)
Graco is offering $25 off each $100 up to $200 (if you spend over $200 you still only get $50 off). They offer 15% if you sign up for their email, I’m sure you can’t combine. The modes range from $180 to $400. (Extra base ranges from $45 to $100 so you would get a discount on it). 
Depending on which model you prefer from each company, one deal may be better than the other. Also, consider the car seat base. You may be able to get something from buybuybaby too because they also have coupons at the moment. 
This is how I decided on the convertible car seat, based on who had the best deal (I was between evenflo and graco).

This is what we have and my daughter has fit in just the seat since she was days old. The seat is super easy to change around and easy to put the car seat in when you want. We use it so often that we don’t fold it down when not in use

I actually have the pivot xpand, which goes from single to double stroller. The system comes with car seat, base and toddler seat, so if you only have one child you can use it in single mode with car seat until your child outgrows it and then switch to the toddler seat. I did that with my son. I ended up buying a second toddler seat for my niece when I babysit her, so I can convert my stroller from a single to double quickly with a push of a button. I also bought it thinking about baby number 2, because hubby and I want two kids and didn’t want to get yet another stroller (since we already have two more on top of this pivot xpand lol).
