HELP PLZ

My last period started on October 31. my boyfriend and I have been having sex almost everyday since it ended on Nov. 3rd. I am on the pill. on the 13th of nov. my nipples started hurting really bad. never hurt like this before. my nipples are still hurting today. I have been really nauseated since the 13th, and my temperature is 99.2. my stomach feels like it's going nuts. i threw up on friday the 19th .I had bad diarrhea on 20th and on th 21st my lower back hurts and my lower stomach hurts.

I took a test and it was negative. 2 days before my period I started heavy (i think its heavy) bleeding/spotting, I'm not sure. It started on the 25th of Nov. and still going today the 28th. when wiping I notice there is no blood on toilet paper only on the tampon, it has been like that since the 25th. I have never spotted before a period. my period should be starting on the 28th, but it isn't like my normal period at all.
