Confused about U/S

I had an early ultrasound a couple weeks ago at about 7 weeks because I kind of lost symptoms. I assumed in the picture below that the top circle was my bladder but now I’m second guessing it. Lol. I’d think the doctor or ultrasound tech would’ve mentioned if it was another sac (even if empty) but now I’m wondering if the point of the appointment was to confirm pregnancy, maybe they didn’t feel the need to bring it up since it appears empty (or full of pee 😂) I had just used the bathroom right before the ultrasound which is also why I am now second guessing.
