He hit me
My husband has been mentally abusive for 2 years but today he jumped on me while I was on the couch and punched me in the head and told me if I don’t shut the fuck up he will beat me. I have a 3 month old son, I am leaving in the middle of the night. Can I go to police tomorrow to get restraining order? Can he take our son from me?
