Does everyone buy toys for their children is if necessary for their growth and essential or is this something you can kind of skip on? My family is very low waste, and we don’t believe in buying too much unnecessary plastics. I don’t want to buy a lot of toys for my future child because they will most likely end up in landfills. I’ve looked into wooden play toys but they’re far more expensive but I guess it’s worth it in the long run. If toys are necessary I will splurge but before I do I want to know if you guys have alternatives. Plus I don’t like the idea of having a hoarding of kids toys. And I don’t want my child to be obsessed with cartoon characters etc
