Hi guys, I noticed these two marks on my son last night, they are like dry rash patches/spots? It looks like a couple more spots on his back are starting to form too, someone mentioned it could be eczema, does anyone know? It's not hives, it's changing slowly and not suddenly, we've had no changes in laundry soap, lotion, body wash, diet, etc. I'm worried 😩 sorry for the bad pictures, he's a wiggle worm,the 3rd picture is a better example of what it looks like but his isn't that bad and looks a little different. I'm calling his pediatrician in the morning
