I would have your OB run some test just to rule preeclampsia out. Just to be on the safe side..

You typically don’t see preeclampsia until week mid 20’s to the end of pregnancy in pregnancy. Swelling is extremely normal in pregnancy especially if you are on your feet a lot. Do keep monitoring your blood pressure when resting! The signs for preeclampsia that are typical are problems with vision, high blood pressure, headaches, nausea, extreme swelling.
