Help please.. kinda long

I got my first positive pregnancy test Nov 13th it was a faint one, but I was also able to do a beta which came back as 17. Next beta was taken on 11/16 with results of 107 which is normal. Now the same day (16th) I had spotting for 2 days. Never got bright red always pink & no pain. I thought maybe it was implant bleeding.

Next beta taken 11/18 with results of 284 which is normal again. Also note that the 18th was my expected start of my cycle. Next beta and last before my appointment was 11/21 and the result was 1400

Fast forward to my first appointment Nov 25th one week after my missed period. I am high risk so this is why everything is being done so early. Based on LMP I was either just 5 weeks or 5weeks 3days. Tech said she saw nothing & dr said something should be there already. I thought I saw at least the sac I seen her measure something and it came out as 5weeks 5days. Dr repeated the beta, added progesterone & CBC.

Beta results- 9903

Progesterone- 16.8

CBC was normal

Dr said something should be there already and wants me back in his office ASAP. I go back Monday or Tuesday just waiting for office to open to see if they can get me in. I’m worried honestly. I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding as a matter of fact all the pregnancy symptoms have hit me these last 2 days anyone have input on this or experience?!
