Congratulations 🎉 start taking prenatal Vitamins if not already make sure to schedule a doctor appointments with your obgyn... as far as tips go just enjoy the ride love its not always gonna be sunshine and rainbows you will have weeks or days where you feel like shit, you can’t eat and all you want to do is sleep take it one day at a time. Always have crackers and ginger ale on deck. Eat everything in moderation try to... it’s harder than it seems. Stay hydrated at all times I learned that the hard way a few times. Try to stock up on snacks you will need to be eat at least 7-8 times a day so try crackers, nature valley bars, yogurts things like that. Also cramping is normal so don’t freak out and so is bleeding. Well bleeding is common not normal but, don’t stress unless it’s heavy with clots or heavy bright red and follows cramping. A lot of the time bleeding is not always a bad thing. Enjoy sleep while you can you can sleep on either side but, left is most recommended. You can also sleep on your tummy your body will let you know when you no longer can. Listen to your body it will never steer you the wrong way babe. If you have any more questions I’ll try to answer them also have tums at all times and deli meat is allowed just make sure your heating it of you are conscious about it. Makes sure you wash all your veggies and fruits and all of your dairy is pasteurized.

Relax and enjoy every minute. It’s an amazing and gruelling journey but it will bring you the most unconditional love and joy you have ever felt!! Don’t ever give up and always keep the faith and ALWAYS trust those mommy instincts they will never steer you wrong!! Always be able to forgive yourself for the small mistakes and be proud of the mom your becoming!! Congrats momma!!! Now it’s your time to shine 💕💋
