Im almost 5 weeks along in this pregnancy and my lower back is killing me. It reads this can be normal so i guess im asking if anyone else is having this issue right now?
 Things to help relieve the pain?

Yup! I had back pain with my first pregnancy but it was definitely much later. This time around, the back pain started last week and I’m 5 weeks today. 🤯

Yes!! I’m about 5 weeks and the back pain is awful (lower back). I would agree that a heating pad provides some temporary relief. I’m going to try some yoga today too. Hope you feel better soon!

I have a retroverted uterus so all of my cramps are always in my back. Turns out, my early pregnancy symptom is a constant, very achey lower back too 😫 I totally get it!! 💕

Me! Ugh it’s awful! I had a lot of back pain with my first pregnancy too but I don’t remember it being only 5 weeks in. Heating pad feels nice, just only do it for 20 minutes at a time I hear.
