Baby crying help!

So my baby is almost 3 weeks old and I'm very blessed because he doesn't really cry. So at night when he is sleeping he will let out one cry and wiggle as if trying to get out of his swaddle and then stop and sleep some more. This only lasts a few seconds and sometimes there is long pauses in between sometimes short. Like he may do it and then not do it for another hour or he may do it and do it again in another 20 minutes. Usually I will wake him up to feed once they start getting closer together. Which is about every 2 hours 3 if I'm lucky. My question is am I doing this right basically. Should I be waking him up the first time he makes that cry or should I wait until he fully wakes up and just ignore all the random cries in between.
