How cold is too cold for a newborn?

Baby is 5 weeks old and the pilot light went out in the furnace last night and it got down to 64 degrees overnight.
She was wearing a long sleeve onesie and a sleep sack, but worried her head was cold and she’ll get sick!

That’s the temp our house is usually set at. Baby’s in a onesie and sleep sack, no issues.

Cold alone doesn't make you sick! But if there's already an underlying cause getting cold makes your body use energy to keep you warm instead of fighting the underlying cause. 
Here the recommended temperature for a bedroom is 14-18c so it doesn't sound too cold too me.

Is the furnace fixed now? If so then I wouldn’t stress over last night because it already happened.

The cold won’t make you sick. But I would maybe put her in a fleece sleeper and a sleep sack. My 6 month old sleeps in 64 degrees perfectly comfortably.

Add an extra layer like a footed pyjama.

It footie pajamas and a swaddle they should be warm enough. If you are still worried about them being cold add a onesie under the pj’s.  Babies should only wear 1 more layer then adults in any temperature.

I'd do another layer, or make that onesie a full sleeper with feet etc.

Swaddle her also to make sure her feet stay nice and warm. We keep our house between 65-68 in the winter but we kept our newborn in a onesie, sleep gown, and swaddled in a flannel receiving blanket. And a hat. His skin and limbs were always nice and toasty and had good color. 
When we'd go out, I'd do onesie, gloves, hat, fleece jammies, and tuck the receiving blanket around his lap after he was buckled into the carseat.
