Sons father drops off Starbucks is this wrong??

I’m currently coparenting with my sons father & im also in a relationship my bf doesn’t know that my ex drops off Starbucks SOMETIMES when he drops off my son is this wrong?? He rarely does it but I just recently started to feel guilty about it because my bf doesn’t know..

Why would that be wrong? That just sounds like being nice and maintaining a pleasant coparenting relationship. It also sets a good example for your child that relationships can end in one way and turn into something else without fighting, bitterness, or meanness.

I use to go out to dinner with my sons dad, I went two weeks to a Air Force base out of state while he had training to do so neither of us had to miss time with him it’s normal for most of us we aren’t together I’m getting married and he is married but we always did was best for our son and having us getting along was it so we did it whatever it took going to the parks together ect. He’s 9 now so he understands now more but it’s nothing to feel ashamed of he’s just trying to get along with you for your sons best interests and I see nothing wrong with it

Nothing wrong with it, ive seen some dads who fill up their kids mothers fridge/pantry with food etc because they want their kids mother also taken care off to be able to look after their kids. What hes doing is probably the same meaning but with Starbucks, probably wanted to restore or boost your engery while taking care of both your kids.

It's possible that he picks up a coffee and a treat for himself and your son on those days and wants to make sure your son learns that people shouldn't be left out of nice things like that. They're on their way to see you, so you should be included. That's something my husband would do. He doesn't buy himself something and exclude everyone else if they're around or going to be around imminently.
