6 week scan, all ok but culdnt find heartbeat?

Hi ladies, 
Had 6 week scan today sac looks all good and fetus measuring 4.7mm but culdnt find heartbeat. 
Should i be worried ??
The lady wasnt very helpful to be honest but going to the early pregnancy unit to get another scan to confirm....its still a bit early to be thinking negative isnt it?
*UPDATE* going EPU this afternoon 🤞🏼hopefully they put my mind at ease a bit rather than th silly person and clinic

Still early, which is why most places won’t do the dating scan till 8 weeks or so unless it’s high risk etc etc. Puts unnecessary stress on moms.

It could be early yet to hear the heart beat.

That’s still extremely early. I had a scan at 6 weeks exactly and measured 5w5d and there was only a gestational sac and yolk sac, no fetal pole and no heartbeat. Went back at 7 weeks and there was a baby and heartbeat! Almost 14 weeks now.

I’d be worried
My last scan baby measured 2.7mm and we saw the heartbeat

When i went in for an ultrasound at 10wks they DIDN'T scan for the heart because they said it was too soon and could be dangerous
