Y'all I just need some encouraging words and advice I just left from getting an ultrasound I'm supposed to be 8w4d pregnant today but the sac was empty it was measuring to date but there wasn't a baby...has anyone had this happen before and went on to have a healthy pregnancy I'm just so confused right now😔
