Pregnant after MC no period.

I had a MC Oct 6th had d&C on the 7th. By Oct 15th my test were neg ( maybe before but I tested on the 15th ) then November 22nd I got a visible positive on pregmate(25ml) .No period in between the two. Go to my doctor Friday. Anyone have this happened? How long did it take you to conceive?
