I've never been this nauseous during any of my pregnancies, I've been pregnant four times before this, only one of them was viable though. I've literally been nauseous since 3 weeks 3 days, I'm now 5 weeks 2 days and its just getting worse. I've been nauseous all day and just thinking about food makes me gag. With my son I only got car sick, I was never nauseous all day. I'm hoping this goes away before too long. Anyone else nauseous from the very beginning? When did you stop being nauseous, if you ever did? Also with me being high risk, and having multiple early losses I don't want to tell anyone until at least my first ultrasound, but how do I keep it a secret when all food makes me sick?
