Has anyone had a period after birth? I am not sure when I should expect it postpartum

Mine started at 6 weeks postpartum exact and is currently ending thank God lol.

I haven’t either. I have my post partum appointment at 7 weeks on the 14th where I’m going to be getting the copper iud so I’m curious

I started the mini pill yesterday and I got my period 4 hours after taking my first pill , I'm 7 weeks pp x

🙋‍♀️.. unfortunately 🤦‍♀️.. I got mine a week after my 6 weeks appointment. Doctors words exactly “I won’t come back for at least 3 months”...a week later and I was like 😐🙄

Just got mine at 7 weeks postpartum. I usually have really light periods and this one was super heavy, almost like postpartum bleeding. I can't wait for it to be over.

I am breastfeeding so I expect it sometime between 6 months to a year. Usually a shift in BF can trigger your period, so that would be at 6 mo when i introduce solids.
