Hey October mommies!

My husband and I are planning to visit my MIL for Xmas with the LO who has been quarantining herself. He is due for his 2mo vaccines Dec22 but the pediatrician can’t see him until Dec 24. We had planned to leave later that day to go visit my MIL. Would you recommend keeping the appt on the 24th or waiting to get his vaccines after we return? I’m just concerned with the fact that some kids have reactions and should I stay close by my ped just in case? Or do you think it’s ok to drive a few hours away the day he gets his shots?

Also this is not a discussion about visiting MIL or getting vaccines, I don’t wanna get into all that drama... just wondering your ladies perspectives on timing. Also happy holidays Glow family! And congrats to all on our little ones!!
