12 weeks brown blood

So this morning i woke up and went to the bathroom . Having no pain at all thinking nothing . Sat on the toilet to pee kinda smelled blood when wiped saw a few wipes of brown blood . Going to call OB when they open does this look like a miscarriage to yall?just wanting to know what everyone thinks
