Came off pill a 2 weeks ago..

I stopped taking my pill 2 weeks ago last week i had really heavy bleeding and the worst cramps ive ever had that lasted 4 days started doing opk a few days ago and got this tonight does this mean im going to ovulate already soon even though ive just came off the pill i also got my last depo shot last December and went onto pill in March when shot was due.
