OPK Frustration

This will be my 12th cycle TTC.

Will OPKs change depending on how diluted your urine is? I feel like every time I get a positive and take it again when I have to pee it’s negative. I understand that I may just have a short peak but it makes me think that the only reason I get positives is because my urine was more potent when I took it the first time.
