Deli sandwich from save mart!

So if anyone wondering I have had severe morning sickness 24:7 I have been trying everything and nothing works!! And I really mean nothing. I’m waiting to see my dr on the 9th but honey came home with a deli sandwich from our trusted grocery store and it’s all I want to eat. I can only eat so little so I doubt I’ll eat it all its half of a regular full size sandwich. Please someone tell me I can eat it 😩 I’m starving and been starving. Did anyone get a bacterial infection from eating a deli sandwich? I’ve been so emotionally exhausted and kinda depressed and it’s something I just really wanna nibble on ?! Any advice ?! I’m 6 weeks today!
