Does more acne mean a girl or a boy?

23 weeks and my back and face are FULL of acne. Wondering if it’s the extra estrogen or testosterone... don’t know the gender yet

Pregnant with my second girl and acne is awful just as it was my first daughter. On my chest, back, face, ass. Everywhere and usually I’m clear. It’s cystic too

I had 2 girls and throughout my entire pregnancy i never had any acne i was so lucky lol, with baby no3 im currently experiencing acne so this is something new since i never had this during my pregnancies
