Baked vegan Ziti
â–¢ 1 bag ziti noodles( gluten free)
â–¢ 1 jar of garlic marinara sauce (you can use tomato paste and crushed tomatoes here extra steps)
▢ 2 1/2 cups vegan "chik’n"
â–¢ 1 cup of peppers mix any color
â–¢ 1 small eggplant
â–¢ 1 bag non-dairy mozzarella cheese shreds
â–¢ Season everything
â–¢ Boil water to cook pasta like normal
â–¢ Make sauce separate
▢ Combine all vegan ingredients in a skillet sauté it up
â–¢ Mix together
â–¢ Layer with cheese on 400o for 25 min
I made two mini ones with noodles I had left over from the big container one has regular Parmesan on top.
