Baked vegan Ziti
▢ 1 bag ziti noodles( gluten free)
▢ 1 jar of garlic marinara sauce (you can use tomato paste and crushed tomatoes here extra steps)
▢ 2 1/2 cups vegan "chik’n"
▢ 1 cup of peppers mix any color
▢ 1 small eggplant
▢ 1 bag non-dairy mozzarella cheese shreds
▢ Season everything
▢ Boil water to cook pasta like normal
▢ Make sauce separate
▢ Combine all vegan ingredients in a skillet sauté it up
▢ Mix together
▢ Layer with cheese on 400o for 25 min
I made two mini ones with noodles I had left over from the big container one has regular Parmesan on top.
