So many question I just need to ask someone

Okay so basically yesterday I had REALLY bad bleeding with big clots for about 2/3 hours it lasted then I ended up going to the EMERGENCY room bcuz my clinic is so far away from me (2hour drive) I waited in the ER for hours and hours for them to tell me they basically didn’t understand what was happening if I was having a miscarriage or implantation bleeding or if everything was fine , but I had a actual appointment with my doctor the day after (which is today) I seen my doctor and had my levels checked , when I was at the er I don’t know if they gave me some BULLshit hcg level when I asked but they told me it was around 2200 and I thought that was crazy bcuz my hcg levels was at 809 on Monday sooooo I went in today to my doctors oficie and turn out I do have SCH , but the bleeding my has completely STOPED , she said everything looked fine and the baby bean was measuring on time ! I didn’t get any of my lab results till after I got home obviously and she didn’t schedule me to come back in till Wednesday to see if there progression ! My hcg levels came back at 1164 IM SO FREAKING CONFUSED it’s not even funny it hasn’t even barely doubled since Monday (809) my progesterone dropped from 36 to 23 which is not good I don’t understand why bcuz I’m on oral and vag progesterone meds that’s always kept me at 40 , I just need answers 😭😭 I’m trying not to over think bcuz I trust my doctor and she always calls me if she’s concerned about ANYTHING and she didn’t call
