What are you seeing with the 4 month regression?

My daughter is 4 months on the 7th. So far all I’ve noticed is she’s taking longer naps the last several days. She was super consistent with 1 hour nap, 1 hour wake window, 1 hour nap, ect. Lately she’s been taking 2 hour naps for the first time in a long time. Her wake window is a smidge longer like 1 hr 15 minutes. I’m just waiting for the other shoe to drop 😬😬😬

That was me a few days ago, and now it’s a freaking nightmare hahahha. Screams bloody murder when we do her sleep routine 😹😹😹

Naps all over the place in terms of length and frequency. Completely stopped easing into sleepy cues and will go straight into rubbing his eyes and screaming. Will only nap in his carrier or in my lap if he falls asleep after eating. Putting him down even fully asleep is a distant memory. Won't fall asleep at night until after 10 no matter what time I start the bedtime routine. At night only sleeps for 10-45 mins at a time and needs to be walked back to sleep most times, even after nursing. This started at 3 months and he just turned 4 months the other day. Needless to say I cry every night.

My son was the same way, he’d be awake for an hour then nap for an hour. My oldest did the same thing until he was 6 months old! But during this sleep regression he’s no longer doing a 6-7 hour stretch at night and hell wake up 4 hours after we put him down (at 7pm) then be up every 1.5-2 hours after that 😭 But I’ve been stretching his wake window to 1.5 hours and he’s been taking one long nap a day too so that’s nice

Since week of thanksgiving (baby girl is 14w now) she has been slowly getting worse and worse to sleep. Rolled over a few times so swaddles gone cold turkey which has been tough. Only sleeps in bed with us. Crib is like a murder sentence to her i dont get it. Started off more wakings at night and now its full blown no crib, tough to nurse, screaming bloody murder from the start of her bedtime routine. Really tough to get to sleep. Smh idk how to get thru it. She slept SO SO good before. Not even the slightest problem going from bassinet to crib. But now everything is an issue.

Longer wake windows . He went from every hour to two hour wake windows all of a sudden. Short naps still , but then i used to put him down drowsy, now it’s just a no go. And i never fed him to sleep before and now he fusses if i don’t pull out the boob

This is exactly how ours started and then now at night he’s been up every couple hours when he used to sleep 10-12 hour stretches

Longer naps during the day but is putting up bigger fights when being put down for the night. Still overall not too bad.... Yet. He is exactly four months today.

Short naps. Usually wakes up after 45 mins. Sometimes i can get him back to sleep, sometimes I cant. He also wants to be held more.

My son does good at night , goes right to sleep after bedtime routine and had a 6 hour stretch followed by a 3 . It’s his daytime sleep that’s a battle he fights it SO bad and has a complete fit and then when he finally falls asleep he only naps for 30 min

Wow! That’s a short wake window for a 4 month old! Sleepy girl! My son has been taking pretty good naps but he’s up every 2 hours at night 😩
