Can stress cause miscarriage?

I’ve been getting positive test but, today was a lot of stress. Had a family meeting that wasn’t so good then my boss text me that we’re closing for at least 3 weeks due to COVID. Still spotting and a little bit more mucus. huy I need a break

I just want to tell you not Google this question! I personally don’t think routine stress can. Its impossible to go thru a pregnancy that’s all rainbows and butterflies - I’d imagine just about every woman has gone through a stressful situation like yours and been ok. It’s certainly not ideal, but if your baby is healthy, it’s going to remain sticky! 
Try to zone all the bad stuff out and just focus on the baby to reduce stress ❤️ I’m sorry about you having to go thru some hard times right now!
