How do you girls handle bloating?

I've noticed new period symptoms as I've gotten older. One of my new ones is bloating. It occurs a few days before my period and lasts a few days after my period. I hate the feeling. Idk how to get used to this symptom. I actually had to take 2 days off bc I felt like I couldn't even get up and walk. I felt so full. It also elevates my heart rate, which gives me anxiety/panic attacks. (I do suffer from anxiety :/).

Any tips on how to deal with this? Do you take any supplements? Eat certain foods? Someone suggested fennel tea.
