Male infertility & hot baths

My fiance has had his test results back and his count is low and morphology 1% . He is always taking hot showers and hot baths he could literally live in water lol. So I have been trying to limit him on the baths to once a week but doesn't seem to listen or says he won't have them as hot! I feel so bad when I have a go at him just for having a bath! It's ridiculous really and then he gets pissed off with me as thinks I'm being controlling...anyone else had this problem? Shall I just let him have baths?
