HELP 😩

I’m 7 days late on my period, My body is normally like clockwork. I have done a pregnancy test but I believe it’s negative (will post a picture) it’s really annoying if anything I have been trying to fall pregnant again since my most recent loss that was in June. I got a tac placed in August. I know that your hormones levels need to get back to normal but I have been having periods every month since and always on time. has this happened to anyone else? I can’t see any reason for my period to be messed up. Please help me 😥
