What to eat with bad nausea?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been so sick since 5 weeks. I have horrible food aversions as well as a bad aversion to water. Wondering what other mamas eat and do to get through their day. What kind of meals and snacks are you able to stomach? I never had it this bad with my son! 😞

The short anwser is, everything you can. My first pregnancy I only ate chips the first trimester. The cheesy one. Very unhealthy lol, but better than nothing. My second pregnancy I craved only kiwis so that was a bit better. The one thing that helped a bit with my nausea was to eat popsicles. All day long. It kept me hydrated and this way I could eat a bit. Try to eat small amounts during the day. Just a bite here and there. Good luck!

Bagels have helped me. They are heavy so even if you get sick they might stick to the bottom of your stomach :)

I was VERY sick with my daughter. They put me on 2 medications to help, since I could hardly keep water down. Similar to the comment above, when I had small periods of relief (usually right after throwing up lol) I would eat citrus things. Even if I threw them up, something is bound to stay down

When I was pregnant with my third I could hardly eat anything. Only very bland foods. I was fine with water though. 
I mostly ate nothing lol. But when I did get very hungry and had to force myself I ate things like dry bread, cooked potatoes with Linda McCarthy vegan sausage and baked beans. (Couldn't eat this everyday though)
Or my go to, but super unhealthy, during that pregnacy: chicken flavoured ramen noodles packets haha.
I couldn't really stomach vegetables or fruits or any drink other than water or unsweetened chamomile tea.

I had that with my daughter,  absolute hell lol I found for me I  could handle citrus so I always had clementines to munch on. That and crackers 🤷🏼‍♀️
