Normal for breast tenderness to come and go?

I am 5w + 3d. I have very few symptoms — just increased hunger and breast tenderness sometimes. Is it normal for my breast tenderness to come and go at this stage?

Mine were really sore but aren’t really sore anymore just my nipples are super tender now!still hungry a lot tho lol

Omg my nipples have been sensitive on and off. But just a few minutes ago my left nipple was so hard and perky and hurt I thought I could cut something with it. Omg. It came in so hard and sudden but went away so fast too
