Sex pp??

Question

Any one else still have pain during sex? 
I am 3 months pp and still uncomfortable during sex. I had a grade 3 degree tear when I delivered my son and no other complications. Just wondering if there is any recommendations to help easy the discomfort or if anyone experienced this also. Any recommendations would be helpful!! Thank you

Go back to it slowly and do only what makes you comfortable! I had multiple stitches after my second. It was probably 16 weeks before I felt normal again.

Yeah I cant remember exactly how long it was uncomfortable but it was a little while.  I had an episiotomy and even after several months if he hit my perineum it hurt

I had a c section and it didn’t stop hurting until 5-6 months PP. We had to go super slow and find a position that worked and LOTS of lube.
