Pregnancy after c-section moms!

Have any of you had a low lying anterior placenta and had any issues from this? My obgyn said she might have to remove my uterus if the placenta grows into my old c-section scar and I’m pretty scared! I’m 20 weeks and praying it moves. Any insight or experience is welcome!

Edit: I waited 3 years between my first c-section and getting pregnant again, and according to my OB and my fertility dr (IVF baby) my scar is healed enough to give birth, but this complication can happen no matter how long you wait.
