Please Help!!!

I bought a product called ‘Femfresh’ last week and it’s basically a wash for your intimate area (it’s non-scented). I used it 2 nights ago and the entrance of my vagina is red and sore to the touch. It’s a tiny bit itchy but nothing unbearable. I’m having discharge but I always have discharge. I assumed it was thrush because I have had it before so I went to my pharmacy and picked up Canesten Cream (As seen below). I have passeries from the last time I had thrush too so should I also use a passary or stick to the cream?
