11 week old and formula

I feel like I post a lot so please forgive me lol. Formula feeding is all new to me as my last two were exclusively nursed. My daughter will take her formula is super small doses and cap out at 20-23 a day. Just by research I don’t think she’s having enough. Besides that she’ll turn away the bottle and start smacking on her hand or making the noise with her mouth. Which could only be because she’s hungry right? To me it seems she’ll just eat enough but not enough to satisfy her. Any suggestions on formula you think she’ll love?
