I get this allllll the time. Im 20 weeks and 1 day and I've had this since 3 weeks pregnant lol. 
Unless you start bleeding or it's bloody, I wouldnt worry. 
Still freaky, I know.

Could be part of it but even if it is it's not necessarily anything to worry about unless you're having contractions or something too. I lost my mucus plug at 18 weeks with this pregnancy. I'm 22 weeks now and everything is still going well.

Not sure but even if it was it’s doesn’t necessarily mean anything. You can lose it periodically during pregnancy but it regenerates itself
