Plan b

I’ve been taking bc for about 5-6 months consistently. Last week on my week 2 row I missed two pills (Monday. Tuesday) so on Wednesday I took the two pills I missed, and my pill for the day at the regular time. Fast forward to Sunday, I have unprotected sex (yes I remained taking my pills as usual since Wednesday) my partner didn’t cum inside me, but I took a plan b pill just to be sure. Idk if I’m over thinking it but could I get pregnant? I JUST had my daughter 6 months ago, I’m NOT ready for another. PLEASE HELP!!!
